7/30 7/31 Monday and tuesday report

Monday slow day 3 small eyes 11 misc. fish.

Tuesday thunder showers and sore back no fishing.

The Chief reported a limit of eyes on Sunday at secret spot.

From this day forward he will be referred to as. CWC.

Saturday and Sunday report 7/28 7/29

Saturday Ace and Jack in boat 1 Jon and Bill in boat 2.

Choppy water drifted caught 24 fish in boat 1 no keeper eyes.

6 fish in boat 2 in AM 7 fish in PM no keeper eyes.

Sunday Jon Bill Ace fished 5 hours caught 34 fish .

2 keeper eyes 1 gill in live well. Trolled around middle grounds caught most fish in front of Laphans.

7/26 7/27 report

Windy Thursday rainy Friday fished 10 minutes in the AM 1 pike

rain and thunder came off the lake

No fishing Monday windy. Tuesday choppy drifted and a little trolling.

13 fish caught Tuesday no keepers.

Wednesday choppy drifted several edges bite was slow only 6 small fish.

Sunday 7/22 report

Ace and daughter Cathy and grand son Sam after 4 hours .

3 keeper eyes 4 perch and 1 gill in live well caught over 30 fish.

Light rain to start then sunny and calm.

The Chief and Ace cooked fish and fries for almost 60 guest at the chief's house on Fridays.

Conrad made onion rings to every ones delight.

Windy no fishing.

Friday 7/20 report

Right day wrong spot. NE winds made trolling hard drifting caught small fish.

Caught 9 small eyes 5 pike 5 perch 4 rock bass in 4 hours of fishing.

Stopped to visit a friend he had 2 keeper eyes and some nice gills

he didn't care fore the wind from the NE.

Fish fry at the Chiefs today between 50 and 60 guest expected.

Rainy would,t want the Ace to melt.

Wednesday 7/18 report

Jon Jon from N Carolina and Nick from Jackson had another good day fishing with Ace.

5 keeper eyes,2 crappies (over 12 in.), 1 9 in gill for the hot grease.

Trolled SE edge of middle grounds color made a difference shinny blades worked well.

Several small eyes rock bass,perch,large mouth, and 2 pike completed day.

Monday 7/16 report

Nick from Jack town and N Carolina Jon Jon with Mondays catch of 6 keeper eyes and i nice gill.

We caught several more small eyes,rock bass,perch and a large mouth.

Hot and calm came in ate lunch and went tubing to cool off.

Threat of thunder showers didn't fish.

Saturday 7/14 report

Fished with Jon Jon and Jeff from N. Carolina caught 2 keeper eyes and 8 pan fish for fish box.

Wind was up we drifted for 4 hours caught another 20 to 25 small besides keepers pictured.

Friday 7/13 report

No picture of the Ace and a limit of eyes .

Fished from 5:45 until 10:00 hot and calm.

Caught 4 keeper eyes 11 small eyes 8 perch 3 pike

3 rock bass 3 pan fish 1 large mouth bass.

Good day but had to move around to find active fish.

Thursday 7/12 report

THIRD DAY IN A ROW LIMIT OF EYES.

Morning fishing started 5:45 ended 9:20 total fish 23.

5 keeper eyes 10 small eyes 3 perch 2 gills 1 each pike,small mouth, largemouth.

Trolled 4 different edges before i found keepers. Bite was light almost had to have

pole in hand to hook fish. Worms and leaches worked equally well.

Wednesday 7/11 report

Different day different shirt same ace same results.

Lines in by 5:40 lines out 7:40. Caught 5 keeper eyes 8 small

1 each pike perch bluegill small mouth.

Color or bait didn't seem to make any difference.

Tuesday 7/10 report

A great day fishing photo of me and 5 keeper eyes.

Fished from 5:40 until 9:20 caught 27 fish 5 keeper eyes 11 small eyes 4 perch

3 rock bass 2 gills 1 pike 1 smallie.

Trolled weed edge from public launch towards Prudenville for 3 1/4 hours

caught 2 keepers and 19 other fish went to the next edge and trolled west towards home

caught 3 keepers and 3 small eyes in the next 35 min. headed home.

Monday 7/9 report

Three day update.Saturday was fish fry day fished early with Big Jon and Son of Ace .

2 1/2 hours netted 2 keeper eyes and 1 large gill in the box total fish 17.

Monday fished alone 3 hours caught 25 fish no keepers. 16 small eyes .

Friday 7/6 report

Pictured Big Jon with our morning catch of 7 keeper eyes and 1 nice gill.

Jon and Ace 4 hours of morning fishing total fish 37.

Warm with light wind trolled 4 different edges until we found active fish.

Between 8:00 and 9:30 we hooked most of the fish.

worms and leaches both worked no color preference 4 different colors all worked.

Wednesday 7/4report

Hot light chop Big Jon and Ace hit the lake at 5:30.

Motored out to the honey hole fishing was slow.

Trolled around the hole  3 times then moved west

trolled SE edge middle grounds bite still light.

Wind dropped it got to hot for comfort quit at 9:30

Short and not sweet thunder storms this morning no fishing.

Monday 7/2 report

Ace with lines in at 5:55 calm and warm 64 degrees.

Trolled south from Horse shoe weed bed to my top turn no fish .

Went to my honey hole trolled until 9:25 after 19 fish.

5 keeper eyes 1 crappie 1 perch in the live well both over 11 inches.

6 small eyes 3 rock bass 2 other perch 1 pike total fish 19.

Sunday 7/1 report

Ace and son hit the watter at 6 am quit 11 am caught 30 fish.

6 keeper eyes 16 small eyes 2 pike 4 pan fish 1 large mouth 1 rock bass.

The Chief reported a limit by 8 am he found new hot spot.

Son the record show that he caught the most keepers score 4 to 2.
